The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will soon give a presentation to Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena, who is also the DDA chairman, on the draft Delhi 2041 master plan.
A DDA advisory group, led by then LG Anil Baijal, reviewed the MPD 2041 design in April, which incorporates public comments and ideas. In about two and a half months, DDA received more than 33,000 objections and recommendations.
The Authority initially approved the draft MPD 2041 document at a meeting chaired by the then LG on April 13, 2021, after which it was published in the Gazette of India on June 9, 2021 to invite objections and comments.
