Awfis launches 27,000 sq ft space in Mumbai

Awfis, a flexible workplace provider, opened its 450-seat Awfis Gold center at One International Center in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The Mumbai center has opened in partnership with Nucleus Office Parks, the operating platform for Blackstone offices in India.

The company currently has 10 gold centers spread across 350,000 square meters in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, with another gold center to open in Mumbai in the next 3-6 months. It currently has 131 co-working spaces with 77,500 seats across 14 cities, with plans to build a network of 200 centers by the end of 2022.
