Ambuja Cement Foundation (ACF) provides skills training to approximately 88,000 young people from rural and semi-urban regions in 10 states of India, with a placement record of 76 percent, aiming to help India's young population find skills and livelihoods ( institutes for skills development and entrepreneurship).
SEDI is a unique skills project that focuses on generating sustainable livelihoods for rural youth by preparing them for industry through practical vocational training. The program also promotes entrepreneurship among its students and encourages them to start their own business to improve their financial situation. SEDI offers 43 accredited courses in eight categories, including IT/ITES, electronics, health, construction, beauty and wellness, hospitality and tourism, automotive, capital goods, retail and telecom.
