This big builder enters Pune with a 2 billion investment

Recently Merlin Group made a trip to Pune with a focus on commercial and residential projects. The company has its headquarters in West Bengal and branches in Ahmedabad, Raipur, Chennai and Colombo. Saket Mohta, Managing Director, Merlin Group, shares more about the company's plans and investments in Pune, its approach to adopting the latest technology and skills, expansion plans and more.

Tell us about your recent announcement of a Rs 2,000 crore investment in Pune. We will invest Rs 2,000 crore in Pune over the next five years in a number of commercial and residential projects. We have launched a boutique tower of offices and retail as a commercial project called Project 18 East in Koregaon Park Annexe, the business hub of Pune.
