The Gandhinagar Urban Development Authority (GUDA) plans to hold an online auction of three lots in Kudasan, Sargasan and Vavol on September 15. The base value of these lots will range from Rs 108.9 to Rs 404.3 million.
Urban planning schemes 6, 7 and 13 apply to the locations. GUDA has set a base price of Rs 73,000 per square meter for the Kudasan site, which is expected to yield Rs 404.3 million.
The Sargasan site is valued at Rs 51,000 per square meter and is expected to yield at least Rs 108.9 million. The third plot in Vavol will be sold at auction for a minimum of Rs 111.6 million at a rate of Rs 40,900 per square meter.
The online auction will be open to everyone on September 15 at 12 noon. Interested parties can register online between 1 September and 9 September. The proceeds from the sale of these plots will be used by the highest planning authority to purchase tools for the maintenance of the city infrastructure.
