Galaxy Group has started construction of a Rs 600 million commercial complex in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. Novelty Street (Galaxy), a new commercial development that would cover 1157 square meters, will provide a high-street shopping experience in the alleyways of Chandni Chowk, one of Delhi's oldest and most important shopping streets.
Novelty Street (Galaxy) will be realized in one phase and will have retailers on the main street. The project will be completed in mid-2024 and will have classical and colonial architectural features. The project will be unique to Chandni Chowk.
Additional amenities will be offered, including elevators, hygienic toilets, CCTV surveillance and strict security measures.
It is a three-sided open plot with excellent access to the main areas of Chandni Chowk where 4-6 lakh people from both the local and international community come on foot daily. The project has state-of-the-art amenities that will serve the residents of the densely populated Chandni Chowk and surrounding areas, while also introducing a workable modern business establishment nearby.
