Mumbai-based Godrej Properties hopes to expand with new housing projects totaling more than Rs 15,000 crore through outright land purchases and partnerships with landowners.
The company's sales records increased fivefold to Rs 2,520 crore between April and June, a record for first quarter revenue. Despite an increase in mortgage rates and an increase in housing costs, he expects the sales momentum to continue in the remaining quarters of this financial year.
About 20 residential projects, including new and new phases of existing projects, are part of the company's launch plan. Unlike 6.5 million square feet in 2021-2022, GPL expects to deliver 10 million square feet within the current fiscal year.
