In this fiscal year, Prestige Estates Projects, a real estate company, aims to sell homes worth at least Rs 120 billion, up 16% from the previous one. Prestige Estates Projects is well known in South India and has entered the real estate market in Mumbai.
The company's sales records rose 90% to a record high of Rs 103.82 billion in the most recent fiscal year 2021-2022.
In the first quarter of this fiscal year, Prestige Estates' sales posting rose 310% year-on-year to Rs 30.121 billion.
Of this, sales commitments totaling Rs 7.5 billion came from Mumbai, the new market.
