MS Ramaiah Developers and Builders (MSRDB) has launched what is billed as its sustainable commercial marvel – MSR North Towers at Nagavara in Bengaluru. This is an IGBC certified and LEED classified transformative workspace spread over 7,50,000 sq ft.
The commercial property follows a no-drain design to control waste and promote the concept of recycle, reuse and reduce. Designed to NBC and local building standards, the development utilizes a high quality external glass facade to minimize heat gain and is equipped with a dedicated AHU area for heat and ventilation management.
Sunder Ram, director of MSRDB, said the project is packed with facilities and amenities that balance comfort and work.
Located in North Bengal, MSR North Towers offers easy road access to the city's main hubs and the International Airport. Located near Hebbal and Yelahanka, the project is located along the intersection of Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Thanisandra Main Road.
