Godrej Properties' two brand new residential developments in Mumbai have generated sales bookings worth Rs 12.1 billion. The company began construction on two new projects in the first quarter of the current fiscal year: Godrej Ascend in Kolshet Road, Thane and Godrej Horizon in Dadar, Wadala.
The company has sold more than 700 homes in total, covering an area of ​​approximately 8.08 lakh sq ft for both projects.
In 2021-2022, Godrej Properties recorded sales bookings of Rs 78.61 billion, and for the current fiscal year it has set a target of Rs 100 billion.
From April to June 2022, sales bookings have increased fivefold to Rs 25.2 billion, the largest ever revenue in the first quarter.
