Real estate firm Ashiana Housing will invest Rs 920 million to develop the first phase of its senior housing project in Bhiwadi in Rajasthan. The company has launched the 'Ashiana Advik' project in sector 39 of the city.
The project, spread over 16.9 hectares of land, will have 910 homes. The first phase of the project will have 192 units and cost Rs 920 million, Ashiana Housing said in a statement.
Ankur Gupta, joint director of Ashiana Housing, said the company is a pioneer in developing senior housing projects in the country, saying: “The investment will add value to our rural portfolio with its unique features, the project makes life easy and convenient.”
Ashiana Housing Ltd develops housing projects for middle incomes, with offices in nine cities in India. It has built and delivered over 23 million square feet and serves more than 15,000 families.
