Sany Bharat, a manufacturer of construction equipment, heavy machinery and renewable energy solutions, has further strengthened its presence in West Bengal by opening a 4S office in Howrah, Kolkata.
The 4S model is a full-service approach that brings together sales, service, spare parts and training. The new office was inaugurated by Dacheng Zhu, representative of the chairman of the board and executive director of the board, Sany Group, Dheeraj Panda, chief operating officer, sales, marketing and customer support, Sany Bharat and Shashank Pandey, business head of excavator and motor grader, Sany Bharat, along with the senior leadership team.
The Kolkata office will serve the entire state of West Bengal and Sikkim. Moving on, Sany Bharat will use the 4S model to enrich the customer experience and conquer new markets with optimal operational efficiency.
Dheeraj Panda said: “Kolkata has been a strategic market and we have seen our customer base here grow to an impressive number thanks to the steadfast support and hard work of the Sany Bharat team.”
He added, “The new 4S-office in Kolkata is a significant step towards embracing new concepts in the retail space so that we can rise above the expectations of our customers.”
Shashank Pandey, said, “The office, which shall be operated directly by Sany Bharat, has the potential to expand our footprint in this region and enhance scalability options. We are confident about making inroads into untapped market in West Bengal too and replicate the success we have had in other states across India.”
