Now the promoter company has requested the office of the competent authority, Gmada, Mohali, to approve the revised layout plan, which has been sent to the office of the senior urban planner, Mohali, for technical approval.
The promoter has incorporated changes to the previously approved layout plan of the project — lot numbers 36 to 56 (21 lots) have been rescheduled. The width of the access road to these lots has been increased from 25 ft to 30 ft.
Secondly, the area of plot number 56 has been reduced from 100 square meters to 97,395 square meters. and the area of plot number 54 has also been increased from 99 square meters to 100 square meters.
Because the promoter has incorporated certain changes into the previously approved layout plan of the colony, before approval of the revised layout plan, interested parties in this colony may be informed of these changes and asked to submit any suggestions or objections to this document. greeting.

Those who so wish may submit their suggestions or objections in writing to the office of the undersigned within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice, failing which the revised layout plan will be released to the Promoter.
