Phoenix plans realty ventures worth Rs. 2,000cr

Hyderabad : Phoenix plans realty ventures worth Rs. 2,000cr Phoenix Group, which is a renowned name in the Indian infrastructure sector, in a recent development has announced the launching of six real estate projects in Hyderabad involving an investment of Rs. 2,000cr. The newly announced ventures also included Rs. 350cr Golf Edge apartments project, which is a mixed used venture having a five star hotel, high end residential apartments and commercial retail space.

According to the Managing Director Gopikrishna Patibanda, the company has already made arrangement for various projects including the Golf Edge located in the Financial District and an IT hub of Gachibowli and has already initiated work on the hotel project and housing towers. The company has tied up with Duet Hotels for the first five star hotel project with 210 rooms and talks are also on with the Intercontinental Group. The Golf Edge housing project will have 497 apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, duplex flats with a price tag of Rs. 60lakh and Rs. 2cr respectively.
