Max Ventures & Industries Ltd (MaxVIL), one of the three holding companies of the Max Group, will develop 1,000,000 square meters of commercial space and 1,000,000 square meters of residential space by 2023 to scale up its real estate portfolio. said director and chief executive officer Sahil Vachani.
In the past six months, the company completed three land transactions and acquired about 22 hectares for Rs 8.50 billion. One of these lots will be used for housing, while the rest will be used for commercial buildings.
MaxVIL is in talks for a new land purchase on Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon for residential development.
“We will definitely scale up. Our goal is to develop one million square meters of office space and one million square meters of living space. We are confident in maintaining our current momentum and will continue to expand. We want to do a very high quality development, focused on the end customer experience,” says Vachani.
By mid-2023, MaxVIL will launch its first residential project. “We are positioning our first residential project in Noida Sector 128… we are thinking of no more than 250 units in total, with more focus on the green area,” said Vachani.
