Larsen & Toubro Ltd said on Monday that its L&T Construction arm has won a repeat contract from a developer to construct a two-rise office complex in Hyderabad with a built area of 57.44 lakh square feet.
The order is 'significant', classified by the company as orders between ₹1,000 and 2,500 crore.
The Major of Engineering and Construction will be responsible for the civil work on the towers, one of which will have 22 stories and the other 41 stories. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 18 months.
The construction and manufacturing industry, which is executing the project, had recently built a 7-story flight control system integration center for the Defense Research and Development Organization in 45 days.
