The proposed double-decker elevated corridor from Pardih Kali Temple in Mango to Baliguma has eventually bid made by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). The projects expected total cost is Rs. 145 billion, and the proposed increased corridor will be about 10.4 miles long. Bidyut Baran Mahato, an MP from Jamshedpur, expressed his delight at the development. He claimed to have worked on this project for many years. He claimed that in to start this initiative, he had written several letters to the NHAI, the central government, and other agencies.
"I am convinced that the Tata-Ranchi Highway would be among the largest in the country. A two-Decker's elevated corridor will enhance the city's aesthetic appeal. For the next 100 years, it will be a special gift for the residents of the city", according to the MP. Mahato praised Nitin Gadkari, Minister of State for road transport and motorways, for the approval of the project. He also congratulated Prime Minister Modi for his leadership and the choices he made that resulted in the successful start of the project, and acknowledged Colonel AS Kapoor, the director of the project.
