333 plots auctioned by Kanpur development body

KDA launched 333 commercial and non-residential plots through an online auction on the occasion of Holi. Residents of the city who are interested can participate in the e-auction.

According to KDA, the plots are accessible in the Bhagirathi-Janhvi Nagar, Swarn Jayanti Vihar, Shatabdi Nagar and Mahaveer Nagar Extension.

KDA had previously held an online auction to sell 1101, 101 and 401 residential and non-residential plots. An applicant for an e-auction must register on the E-auction portal of the KDA website. Registration is required. The minimum and maximum square meters of the plot are 24.6 and 5500, respectively.
