The city-focused construction company Honer Homes has made an announcement about the inauguration of a gated community project worth Rs 30 billion in this place, which is claimed to be the most extensive in the city.
Balu Chowdary, the promoter-director of Honer Prime Housing, stated that the project called 'Honer Signatis' is currently being built, with a total built area of 7.8 million square feet. This vast area accommodates 3,266 apartments, all located on approximately 28 hectares of land.
At a press conference, Chowdary explained that about nine million square feet (90 lakh square feet) are being actively built. In addition, plans for projects of about 10 million square feet are currently in the development stages for the future.
Chowdary emphasized that his company has already successfully completed two 3.2 million square foot projects in the city. In addition, he stressed that Honer Homes is currently extending a time-limited "irresistible" introductory price to potential customers. He expressed optimism that this offer would be taken advantage of by anyone currently looking for a new home.
