DevX, a Gujarat-based managed office space provider, has announced that it will set up the Indian campus of Deakin University in GIFT City. Partnering with Nila Infrastructure for construction, DevX will conceptualise, design, build and deliver the 25,000 square meter futuristic university campus. JLL India facilitated the entire transaction for Deakin University and strengthened its decision-making process by providing detailed secondary research in addition to its first-hand experience of past transactions in GIFT City.
