Tulip Infratech, a Gurgaon-based real estate company, has moved forward with the Tulip Monsella project, known as one of the tallest residential projects in the millennium city.
This project, which once suffered setbacks, is now flourishing under the leadership of Tulip Infratech. The support of over 5,000 homebuyers who have invested in Tulip projects has led Tulip to introduce phase II of this project.
Phase II of Tulip Monsella includes a project of more than 3,50,000 square meters, which includes ultra-luxury and high-quality apartments, duplexes and penthouses
The total project covers over 50 acres on Golf Course Road, Sector 53 and is estimated to cost over Rs 5,000 crore.
After taking over the project in 2021 through negotiations with PNB Housing Finance and the previous builder, Tulip Infratech has plans for Tulip Monsella. These include the construction of approximately 1,100 luxury apartments and 150 units designed for economically weaker sectors, all carefully integrated into 11 elegant towers. Additionally, two separate commercial buildings will complement this large development.
Commenting on the launch of Tulip Monsella Phase II, Parveen Jain, Chairman, Tulip Infratech, said, Phase II is for new buyers, but our commitment to the 200 buyers who had previously invested in Vipul is intact and ensures that They will receive their apartments at the originally agreed location and charges in accordance with their prior agreement with the developer.
Phase I of Tulip Monsella is ahead of schedule. The planned 2030 completion date for Phase I is now expected to be within the next three years.
