This process began on September 28. The reserved price of the plots (including PLC) has been fixed between Rs 61.50 million and Rs 135.3 million, while the registration amount has been fixed between Rs 6.15 million and Rs 13.53 million. rupees.

The selection of successful applicants will be completed by November 21, while successful applicants will have the opportunity to acquire land through an electronic auction, which will take place on November 21 itself.
Details of the vacant plots related to this scheme have been shared on the YEIDA website. The information includes the surface of the plot, the sector, the allotment rate per square meter and the reserved price. Land will be allotted for a total of six types of plots in Sector 22-D of Greater Noida and the multi-crore tender will be held on November 21.
According to the new plot plan, applications have been submitted for the allocation of plots between 20,000 and 40,000 square meters. Under the scheme, plots between GH-01A-1 to GH-1C-2 have been identified in Sector 22-D for the group housing scheme.
