In this context, in line with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's vision of developing world-class social amenities in Greater Noida and ensuring residents' access to these world-class facilities, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority ( YEIDA) has launched the Group Housing Plot Plan. announced and has invited applications for plots of six different categories in Sector 22-D.

This process began on September 28. The reserved price of the plots (including PLC) has been fixed between Rs 61.50 million and Rs 135.3 million, while the registration amount has been fixed between Rs 6.15 million and Rs 13.53 million. rupees.

Notably, the 'Group Housing Plot Scheme' places the developers in an advantageous position as it is in close proximity to Jewar Airport, International Film City, Yamuna Expressway, Medical Park, Educational Center and Buda International Circuit.

Those who acquire land through this scheme will have access to a range of facilities and better connectivity. Through its housing plans, people living in the buildings constructed on these plots will benefit from various facilities in the future, including one such world-class project in India in the form of a Pod Transit system.

Candidates interested in acquiring plots in this project can apply until October 27, 2023 and can log on to the official website of YEIDA for more information. The selection of successful applicants will be completed by November 21, while successful applicants will have the opportunity to acquire land through an electronic auction, which will take place on November 21 itself.

Details of the vacant plots related to this scheme have been shared on the YEIDA website. The information includes the surface of the plot, the sector, the allotment rate per square meter and the reserved price. Land will be allotted for a total of six types of plots in Sector 22-D of Greater Noida and the multi-crore tender will be held on November 21.

According to the new plot plan, applications have been submitted for the allocation of plots between 20,000 and 40,000 square meters. Under the scheme, plots between GH-01A-1 to GH-1C-2 have been identified in Sector 22-D for the group housing scheme.

ICICI Bank will play the role of banking partner.

ICICI Bank has joined hands with YEIDA as the exclusive banking partner in this venture and will carry out the banking activities related to the project. It is noteworthy that whether it is an auction of industrial land or a determination through the signing process, the Yogi government has ensured minimum human intervention to maintain transparency. Applicants are selected fairly and transparently by all industrial development authorities, including YEIDA.
