CRC Group, a Noida (UP)-based real estate player, has announced its smart commercial office space, CRC Flagship in Sector 140, Noida. The projected turnover of the project is Rs 1,200 crore.
With a total area of 24 million square meters, CRC Flagship includes 12 million square meters of modern office spaces, 4 million square meters of premium retail stores, 102 serviced apartments and a sprawling 7 million square meters dedicated to various services essential. The retail segment will offer an exquisite mix of high street and air-conditioned shopping experiences, including a food court, featured anchor stores and standard stores under the leasing model. It will be unique in Noida and Greater Noida.
“Noida is emerging as the next business hub of NCR due to its proximity to Noida International Airport and emergence of Yamuna Expressway as an industrial hub. As a result, we expect a phenomenal increase in the rental value of the city,” said Salil Kumar, director of sales and marketing, CRC Group.
Currently, CRC is carrying out construction of projects spread over a total area of 72 lakh square feet. It has acquired prime real estate properties in Greater Noida West, has partnered with Jaypee to build a high-end luxury residential complex overlooking the golf course and has plans to develop a rental-only mixed-use plot in Noida. on the freeway.
