Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has launched its SP Kingstown urban development project at Hadapsar Annexe in Pune. Spanning over 200 hectares of land, SP Kingstown aims to redefine modern living with proposals for residential, commercial, educational, healthcare and commercial spaces. Presents 'Wildernest' and 'Joyville Celestia', two residential offerings. It has a development potential of more than 1.7 million square meters.
