Group 108 has announced its latest venture, One FNG, an IT/ITES project. With an investment of Rs 1,000 crore, ONE FNG will be located along the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway. Noida was the next center chosen for the Group's next project after the near completion of the Greater Noida West IT Park called Grandthum. Grandthum is spread over a 22.5 hectare plot; and is an IGBC platinum-rated green building.
Dr. Amish Bhutani, MD, Group 108, said, "This investment is part of our commitment promised at the UP Investor Summit 2023, where we committed to invest Rs 2,000 crore in the region."
The project consists of two high-rise office towers, Tower A and B, offering approximately 16 million square meters of office space, along with a commercial area of 4 million square meters. These towers are designed to withstand earthquakes and with 21 high-speed elevators, Tower B has one of the largest floor plates in Noida.
ONE FNG is estimated to be completed in 5 years and has already received a platinum green building pre-certification from the IGBC. Sanchit Bhutani, MD, Group 108, highlights, “This project not only raises the bar for office and retail spaces but also prioritizes wellness and health, making it a unique offering in the market.”
