Brigade Enterprises has launched Brigade Sanctuary, a residential project designed to seamlessly integrate contemporary living with the tranquility of the natural environment. Spread over 14 acres on Whitefield-Sarjapur Road, Brigade Sanctuary is a joint development comprising 1275 units of 1, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and has a gross income potential of Rs 2000 cr. The total development area will be approximately 2 million square meters.

The completion date of RERA is December 2028.
