First-ever land auction conducted by Dholera Industrial City Development

Dholera Industrial City Development (DICDL) has achieved a major milestone by completing the first land auction for a real estate plot in Dholera SIR. The competitive bid is won by the joint venture of Gap Associates & BMS Projects and SUN Realty Partnership. DICDL is India's first platinum rated smart, industrial and green city.

A senior official of Dholera SIR said, “Dholera SIR has world-class infrastructure. This success will provide necessary residential development for industries wishing to set up manufacturing units in Dholera. Approximately 228 hectares of land within the SIR region are designated for tourism and recreational activities.”

In the past, Dholera SIR successfully conducted the first land auction of a hotel land.

Dholera SIR had issued an e-auction notice for a residential development plot in the high access corridor area for multi-storey residential/mixed development. Four of the various online applications submitted were eligible. This would be the first plot to be allocated to the real estate sector in the region, which has become an important place for business and urban development.
