Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development division of the Mahindra Group, has launched its second phase of Mahindra Happiest Palghar – 2. The project covers approximately 1.86 hectares and consists of 260 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments , with carpet areas ranging from 390.51 m2 to 542.06 m2 and 47 stores.
