Shubhashish Homes, a Jaipur-based real estate developer, has entered into a development agreement with Gurnani Group to develop a group housing project on the main SEZ road, just 100 meters from the Ajmer main road. Spread over an area of 10.6 acres (approx), the project will offer approximately 7,000 square feet of salable area and will be developed as one of the modern and most luxurious villa projects in Jaipur.
“This will be a flagship project in the state of Rajasthan “We will develop it as an ultra-luxury villa project and are targeting launch in the second half of this financial year, subject to regulatory approval,” said Mohit Jaju, Managing Director and CEO of Shubhashish Homes. Ajmer Road.”
“As I said earlier, this will be a year filled with many launches for us,” Jaju added. “We have four launches scheduled for this financial year.”
