Kanodia Group has acquired a prime 1.74-acre land parcel in this locality for approximately Rs 153 crore.

Kanodia Group plans to generate revenue exceeding Rs 1000 crore from this project, scheduled to be launched by the end of this year and completed within 48 to 60 months. The group’s commitment to excellence is further underscored by its investment of over Rs 5000 crore in the real estate sector over the next 5-7 years, with a focus on launching projects with a global outlook.
The land acquired by Kanodia Group is strategically located near Medanta Hospital and Huda City Centre Metro station, enhancing its appeal to prospective residents.
