India is now the second largest producer of ceramic tiles in the world and the industry is poised for robust growth – it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 13.54 percent to $17.36 billion by 2029. The current size of the organized sector is about Rs 72 billion, while the unorganized sector accounts for almost 60 percent. That said, superior quality, a wide range of classic designs, competitive prices and the adoption of the latest technologies make India a force to be reckoned with in the global ceramic market.
