Both marquee brands have selected The Milestone Experion Centre (The MEC) as their new Indian headquarters. Celebrating its 130th anniversary worldwide, Bata India has leased a significant space to accommodate over 400 employees in India. The state-of-the-art office complex has achieved both Platinum LEED from USGBC and GRIHA 5-star certifications, underscoring leadership in sustainable workplace design. The MEC features sustainable design elements such as water recycling systems and solar power integration to promote energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Further showcasing The MEC’s rising appeal among corporates, MG has not only established its India headquarters at The MEC but has also recently leased additional space for office expansion. This growth demonstrates the flexibility and scalability offered by The MEC to its tenants.
