The building major in a statement said that the layout of 1,116 residential units offers 80 per cent open space, clubhouse and swimming pool including out door sport facilities. The realtors have launched the new project after completing 36 residential and commercial projects in cities including Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai and has to date handed over the possession of over 6,500 residential units equipped with similar facilities to home seekers and is currently building 16 projects across these areas.
The company, which has forged a joint venture with the Singapore based Keppel Land Limited, became the first realty builder securing foreign direct investment (FDI) in the country and currently along with its joint venture partner is building two mega projects in Bangalore and Kolkata. To executive new and modern residential and commercial projects in Chennai and Bangalore and in other areas, the partners have floated a wholly owned subsidiary, which has been named as Provident Housing catering to the mid income group segment.
