New Delhi : JMC Projects (India), a subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission that engaged in construction of buildings and factories, highways etc has registered strong 47% growth in net profit to Rs 7.96 crore for the quarter ended June 2011 on a sales of 44% to Rs 376.37 crore. Contraction in operating margin to the extend of 60 bps though limited the growth at operating profit to 34% (to Rs 29.82 crore), higher other income together with lower tax incidence has facilitated strong expansion in bottom-line.
