Land losers lock Essar Steel project gate

Bhubaneswar : Within a week of witnessing a massive labour unrest, the Essar Steel project near Paradip on Tuesday faced yet another agitation by the land losers who staged demonstration in front of the project office and locked its main gate demanding fulfillment of their eight-point charter of demands. Meanwhile, police arrested three land losers for assaulting and misbehaving one contractor of the company worsening the situation at the plant site.
