Godrej launches housing project in Gurgaon

Gurgaon : The realty arm of the Godrej Group, Godrej Properties, in a recent move has inked a deal with Magic Info Solutions Private Limited to build a residential group housing project at Sector 104 in Gurgaon with a saleable area of about 2 million sq ft. In this connection, the company has inked an agreement to develop a 22 acre residential project providing world class facilities to its residents.

In addition, the location of the housing project provides an easy access to various areas including local malls, airport, railway station, NH-8 and central business district and also to the proposed Dwarka Expressway. Executive Director, Godrej Properties, Pirojsha Godrej said, adding that prior to this, the company has also built a housing project in the city named as Godrej Frontier, which was its first project in the area and has drawn overwhelming response from customers. The second agreement in the same city again strengthened its presence in the NCR real estate market. In the new project the company is committed to bring in the highest standards of environment sustainability, design and construction quality ensuring that the residents of the new project benefit from an outstanding quality of life, he claimed.
