HLG secures construction contrac

Abu Dhabi : The Al Habtoor Leighton Group (HLG) has secured an AED400 million ($108.9 million) contract for the construction of new headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. ADIB’s new headquarters complex will consist of two towers comprising ground floor, mezzanine floor and 12 upper floors apart from four levels of basement parking. The building will house the retail branch of the ADIB in a section of the ground floor. The remaining area in the ground floor will be let out to retail tenants. Construction on the project is slated to begin immediately with completion expected in 18 months.
