However, the storage company made an after-tax profit of €116.1 million mainly because of its sale of Vopak’s 20% equity stake in the Bahamas Terminal (BORCO).
Net profit fell by about 7% to €123.5 million because of the slightly lower group operating profit and increased finance costs.
The company currently has projects under construction, and has just acquired CRL Terminals in India, which will add 7.5 million m³ to its storage capacity by the end of 2014.
