Isha Homes adopts affordability

Chennai : Close on the heels of announcing a 5.91 acres in its first phase of housing project in Medavakkam areas of the city, the Isha Homes, which is a Chennai-based renowned real estate builder, has also announced the second phase of housing venture named as Isha Yatra, which is a budget residential apartments housing project.

In the new project, the realty builder has offered housing with a price tag of Rs. 3,575 per sq ft with 80 single bed rooms flats having space 531 to 570 sq ft each and 28 two bed rooms units with 801 to 939 sq ft area and also 48 three bed rooms flats with a covered area of 1,035 sq ft to 1,211 sq ft and work on the project is all set to start very shortly.
