Mansell secures housing scheme

Southampton : The project will see the construction of 56 new build affordable flats and transformation of four affordable flats in the Bell Tower building. Scope of work also includes demolition of majority of the existing properties. The site contains several listed structures including railings, gates with piers and a monument that will be retained. The stone monument located on the grounds will be dismantled and relocated. Construction work on the project is scheduled to commence later in April 2011 and is set to complete in March 2014.
