Sadbhav Engineering Ltd would like to make special mention about our development business, namely Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited(SIPL), a subsidiary of SEL. This company was incorporated as an asset holding company for road and other Infrastructure BOT projects in 2007. The essential task of SIPL has been development, operation and maintenance of road infrastructure assets. SIPL undertakes turnkey contractual works, other than civil construction, of the projects. Sadbhav focus in building a sizable asset base in the road BOT project.
Sadbhav Engineering Ltd may be glad to learn that Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited. already has 10 BOT projects with total lane kms of 2595.92. 6 are operational, 1 is partially operational and 3 are under development.
