Shop No.15, Tararani Market,AAC ( Aerated Autoclaved Concrete) is technology developed in the mid-1920s by the Swedes. The aerating is caused is by a reaction of a mix of various materials mainly consisting of silica (through fly-ash),quicklime, cement and other. AAC blocks consist of around 80% air, thisaerated material is processed through autoclaving which entails high pressurised curing of aerated materials formed in cellular shapes, which are known as AAC elements.
Superlite AAC Bricks elements can be further classified into blocks, wall/floor/roof panels and lintels. The AAC blocks are used as a substitute for the conventional building masonry and have been widely accepted globally because of their beneficial properties such as light weight, thermal and sound insulation, mould resistance and other benefits which ease the process of construction. Not only that, but these precast building elements are environment friendly as their processing hardly causes pollution and also boasts boasts the consumption of fly ash which is waste material. AAC material is being used throughout industrial, commercial and residential structures for different applications such as external and internalwalls, roofs, other partitions and divisions.
SUPERLITE is a lightweight Autoclaved Concrete Brick. It is suitable for multistoried structures as it is lighter than standard size bricks and blocks. SUPERLITE is manufactured through a reaction of aluminium on a proportionate blend of lime, cement and fly ash. During this process, the hydrogen gas that escapes creates millions of tiny air cells, rendering SUPERLITE with a strong cellular structure. This is further strengthened by high pressure steam curing in autoclaves. the product thus formed is not only lightweight but also has higher compressive strength.
