HUL to come out with report on water

Mumbai : FMCG major Hindustan Unilever (HUL), in a bid to address the ever-growing crisis of water scarcity, has launched an initiative that will come out with a water report in the next six months. The report by 'India Water Body', to be released following a nation-wide survey, will access the demand-supply gap for water in India.

We will release a report on water in the next six months. It will help public-private entities and civil society to understand the burgeoning problem and engage them to evolve a road-map providing clear priorities and solutions for implementation," HUL Executive Director (Home & Personal Care) Gopal Vithal told
