Cosmos general use PU Foam is a one-component, high density, strong adhesion, superior flexibility, extremely stable, ready to use multipurpose polyurethane foam. It is fitted with a plastic adaptor head for ease of use like with a foam applicator gun. The foam expands and cures with moisture present in the air. Used for a wide range of building / construction aplications because of its excellent filling, sealing anf mounting capabilities, high thermal and acoustical insulation. It contains CFC-free propellants which do not impact the ozone layer. How to use? 1. Wear protective gear;gloves, mask and goggles. 2. Shake the can vigoursly for 30 seconds. 3.Attach the plastic applicator nozzle. 4. Find a well ventilated area, invert the can and spray away.

- Great adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick work, block work, glass, steel, aluminium, timber and other substrates (except for PP, PE and Teflon). Hence, it is preferred in most construction and building industry where bonding and mounting are important.
- Superior stability: Perfect for filling and sealing gaps, joints, openings and cavaties so it?s preferred for installing door and fixing of doors and window frames.
- Ideal insulation material for heat resistance and sound insulation, hence used on walls, roofs, floors in cold places and music studios, cinema halls, bars and other loud places.
- High thermal capacity makes it a prefered choice for insulating electrical outlets and water pipes. Application temperature between +5C and +35C. Optimal aaplication temperature between +18C and +25C.
- Due to its shake-proof and anti-pressure properties, it is also used in packaging industry to wrap precious and fragile goods by providing foam protection and cushioning.
