Excel Impex brings you glass cutting kit consisting of Diamond Tipped Glass cutter and Glass grinding stone for smooth cuts on glass. This is a most basic and simple cutter for cutting glass in both straight and curve. This is an ideal cutter for glass up to 10 mm thickness. An industrial natural diamond is horned to a suitable degree and mounted on a steel shank called the diamond pin. Pin mounted metal head is fitted on a pen-like aluminum/wooden piece.On one end there is a metal / plastic ball and on another end, there is a tooth/notch which is useful for breaking the glass along the line scored by the cutter. Use Kerosene or other similar liquids as lubricant. After scoring and breaking the glass, the glass grinding stone can be used to grind the sharp edges of the freshly cut glass. Each side has different grit to grind the sharp edges. The round shape helps to rotate after each grinding. This kit is essential for every glazier and glass shop.
