Used as a bonding agent for uses in repair and plastering. Improves elasticity, flexibility, tensile strength of cement and reduces cracking. Ideal for waterproofing of roof slabs, sunken slabs, basements, water tanks, sunshades in combination with cement.SIKA - SikaCim - Liquid waterproofing concrete and mortar admixture, for slabs, beams and columns - 10kgSikaCim is a liquid integral waterproofing admixture for all types of concrete and mortar. Performs multiple roles of water reducer as well as waterproofer. No added chloride thus not contributing to corrosion of steel. It's convenient to handle since suitable for both concrete and mortar and it's supplied in consumer friendly pack. Ideal for use in structural concrete such as slope roof slabs, flat roof slabs, beams, columns and slabs. It's compatible with all varieties of Portland Cement including Slag Cement. Application method: Mix cement, aggregates and sand and dry mix. Add 50-70 % of required water and mix the mass to make it moist. Add SikaCim to the remaining water and pour it in the mixing drum and mix the entire quantity for approx. 3 minutes to achieve homogenous mix. For the mixture on a tray and use as per requirement and lay the concrete. Cure as per normal procedure by ponding/ curing compound.
