How to Use Decoater. For general use, mix contents of a 4gm sachet in 1 liter of water in a Spray Bottle or Small Bucket, to obtain either 1% strength liquid solution. The solution may be required for removing old or stubborn stencils. Apply the solution to both sides of the screen with a round soft brush.
