Photo Emulsion (Green) 200 gm+Sensitizer-10 gm+1 Metre Nylon Mesh No16+ 2 Decoater 4gm Sachets. Emulsion Green for PVC Based Inks: An economical solvent base emulsion for graphic art screen printing. It has high solid contents, gives fine resolution, has fast exposure time, is easily reclaimable and gives trouble free screens. Screen Decoating Powder is a screen coating remover. Screen Decoating Powder is an essential and necessary item for every screen printer. Screen Decoating Powder is easy-to-use and efficiently removes inks from the screen How to use Decoating Powder? For general use, mix contents of a 4gm sachet in 1 liter of water in a Spray Bottle or Small Bucket, to obtain either 1% strength liquid solution. The solution may be required for removing old or stubborn stencils. Apply the solution to both sides of the screen with a round soft brush.
