This diamond blade may be used wet or dry and is used for cutting asphalt, green concrete (poured within 72 hours) masonry block and similar abrasive materials. 10 MM tall diamond segments maximize cutting life and provide a low cost per cut. Expected blade life is approximately 10,000 inch feet (1 inch foot = 12" long cut X 1" depth). In addition, the key slots are used as depth indication for operator convenience as well as cooling and dust/slurry removal. The specs are 18" diameter X .142 wide. The arbor is a standard 1" with a 3/8" drive pin hole. The core is made from heat-treated hi-speed steel and is guaranteed to withstand the demands of dry cutting. Recommended operating speed is 1,815 rpm. The unique segment/key slot design allows for better air cooling and chip deflection, resulting in better performance with less stress on the operator and machine. Anaconda 18-Inch diamond blades may be used with 5-30 hp concrete walk-behind saws or masonry saws.
