- Resistant High & Low Temperature8 AWG Wire standard temperature range is -60 degree C to 200 degree C. In most applications, it may be heated from 180 to 200 degree C continuously and is also very flexible at extremely low temperatures (stiffening temperature of approximately -115 degree C).
